By 2022, Seequent’s global demand for customer validation had far outpaced the capacity of its specialist research team.
Agile squads, product managers, and marketing teams often needed fast, low-risk research to make product and go-to-market decisions — but without support, studies risked low rigor, inconsistent quality, and missed opportunities.

The challenge: Democratise research without compromising standards — enabling non-researchers to run high-value customer engagements while protecting quality, ethics, and comparability.

Approach

Digital Enablement Program

  • Designed and rolled out a global training initiative teaching teams to self-serve insights using Qualtrics and Qlik Sense dashboards.

  • Developed self-paced learning modules and live workshops accessible across all time zones.

Research Foundations Training
